Autopliance is operated by Paraproven Oy, a Finnish limited company. Business ID 3637315-9. VAT FI36373159. Registered in Helsinki, Finland.

Invoices are issued by Paraproven Oy. EU VAT is calculated at checkout, VAT IDs are collected, and reverse charge is applied where it belongs.

Where the data is

Helsinki, Finland. Processing takes place on EU infrastructure, and the operating entity is an EU company subject to EU law — those are facts about the deployment rather than a claim about a certification.

Data-processing agreement

An Article 28 data-processing agreement and the current subprocessor list are available on request, and are part of the Enterprise conversation by default. Write to support@autopliance.com and we will send the current versions.

We are not publishing a DPA on this page that has not been through review. When it is, it will live here and this paragraph will be replaced by the document rather than by a promise about it.

Your evidence

While your account is active, reports you have produced stay downloadable, and a failed payment does not change that — entitlements are checked when evidence is created, never when it is read.

When a subscription or trial ends, the account becomes read-only and everything stays downloadable for 90 days, after one reminder sent 14 days before the end. It is then deleted. We hold a retention period rather than keeping personal data indefinitely with no contract and no purpose, which is a storage- limitation requirement as well as a cost one.

Autopliance Archive (€19/month) keeps it hosted instead. Deletion of your account and its artifacts is also available on request at any time, and is a real deletion.

This site

No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party fonts. Nothing on this page makes a request to another origin, which is why we are comfortable saying your visit does not phone anyone.
